Zimmer TT presented the worldwide newest technologies for textile printing machines at 2 booths in Hall 1 and Hall 3 during the ITME INDIA Bangalore event from Nov. 15th - 22nd 2008.
VISIONSCREEN BLADE flatbed printing machine: The presently fastest fully automatic printing machine in the market, running with up to 31 strokes per minute, suitable for any kind of textile prints, especially fine silk printing and sari printing, was shown in live printing action on the booth of the International sales agent of Zimmer TT, Sagar Group of Enterprises, in Hall 3.
VISIONPRINT CLOSED extra high performance closed bearing rotary screen printing heads with double side digital drive system, has been presented on the booth of the exclusive OEM partner of Zimmer TT in India, Laxmi Industrial Systems, in Hall 1.

TWO SYSTEMS - ONE GOAL: PERFECT PRINTING
The ITMA ASIA 2008 in Shanghai has proven to be the perfect platform to present the worldwide product launch of the new Zimmer TT VisionPrint rotary screen printing machine. Being the only new development in this industry, this machine is the perfect symbiosis of the two worldwide well established printing systems: the OPEN and the CLOSED bearing system for the rotary screen fixation. Also the MAGNET ROLL ROD SYSTEM and the BLADE SQUEEGEE SYSTEM can be combined within the Zimmer TT VisionPrint color application technology.
The VisionPrint rotary screen printing heads are available also as UPGRADE sets for any brand of older textile printing machines like Stork, Zimmer, Reggiani, Buser, Ichinose and others in both OPEN and CLOSED version, and with MAGNET SYSTEM and/or BLADE SQUEEGEE SYSTEM, in any printing width from 185 to 325 cm and up to 24 colors.
The new Zimmer TT VisionPrint machines are manufactured in Klagenfurt, Austria, according to standard European CE Norms.

For the worldwide first official life presentation of the new VisionPrint rotary screen printing machine, we have chosen the ITMA ASIA 2008, that will take place July 27th - July 31st in Shanghai, PRC.
ZimmerTT´s new VisionPrint rotary screen printing machine is the summary of more than 50 years of accumulated development and practical experiences.
It features a number of advantages for the printer like SolidBase machine frame, ZeroSlippage dual main drive system, VisionControl operating software, and many more.
It can be selected with OPEN and optionally with CLOSED screen bearing system as well as with MAGNET ROLL ROD SYSTEM or traditional BLADE SQUEEGEE SYSTEM for the color application.

IMPRESSIONS - The High Quality Textile Printing BlanketsBased on a strong own R&D department and continuous customer feedback information, IMPRESSIONS offers the absoultely best price-performance-ratio of printing blankets for both rotary and flat screen printing machines. Thanks to the specially created pre-stretched cellulose reinforcements, IMPRESSIONS blankets exhibit excellent elongation control over long periods of operation and high resistance to shocks and cuts.
CALIBRATION
The uniform calibrated thickness of +/- 0,05 mm is based on the multi-layered structure of cellulose, elastomers and special chemicals.
STRONG AND SMOOTH JOINTS
IMPRESSIONS printing blankets are manufactured endlessly. Available in lengths of up to 120 meters and widhts of up to 3.100 mm.
The surface of the splice is smoothly and perfectly blended. When the top layer is joined, the six layers underneath remain endless.

Since its start in May this year, the network web portal www.zimmer-tt.net has had the fascinating record number of over 36.600 visitors. This might be nothing for a google or a microsoft, but for a small company in the trading business for textile machinery, this means really a lot.
