VisionPrint rotary screen printing machine

Zimmer TT’s new VisionPrint rotary screen printing machine is the summary of more than 50 years of accumulated development and practical experience.



Standard printing widths of 185, 245, 285 and 325 cms are available with up to 24 colors for perfect printing of all woven and knitted textile fabrics such as bed sheets, lycra, cotton and synthetic blends, silks and quality fashion.

The VisionControl operating software covers all functions for the operation of the machine, and stores all process relevant adjustment under a free choosable design name.

The VisionRemote covers all remote functions of the machine and allows password-protected access for supervisors or maintenance engineers, to remotely access the service diagnostic and parameter setup area of the machine as if it would be accessed locally at the machine.

2 re-enforced drive rollers in diameter 400 mm with sandblasted and chrome coated surface guarantee stable, noiseless and precise run of the printing blanket, no vibrations and maximum printing accuracy. The ZeroSlippage dual main drive system with 2 drive motors for the blanket, mounted on the front and back main blanket roller, are digitally synchronized and guarantee absolute precise printing blanket movement and longitudinal precision at any speed of up to 120 m/min.
