Pneumatic 3-point endring fixation system and direct pneumatic screen tension for all repeat sizes of 640 to 1.168 mm (25" - 46"), adjustable with one only release knob.

The OPEN sceen bearing set-up is the ideal system for fastest possible design changes. The screens are handled always together with the colour pipe and therefore transported safely. 

The print head is movable across the printing bable on ball bearing supports, fixed by one only easy-access release knob.

The color supply pipe is fixed with a one-hand-only operated fixation ring. The color level sensor is wireless for easy handling. The color pumps are stainless steel double-membrane execution.

The complete printhead can be lifted up easily with one hand only for maintenance and cleaning, just like the hood of your car.

The individual screen drive with a high quality electronic step motor is digitally synchronized and thus guarantees highest possible printing accuracy. 

 Upon special request also large-repeat printingheads are available for up to 2.000 mm (78") repeat size.
