VisionJet Textile Eagle 2.6

The printing unit is based on Mutoh, latest model 102" with Eight Piezo Epson Heads with 360 nozzles per head and 16 ink-channels for a printing resolution of 360 or 720 dpi with variable or fixed drop size.

It can be used for all water based inks such as disperse, pigment or reactives. Maximum printing speed is 81 m2/h.

The ZTT Textile Eagle digital inkjet printer for textiles is developed with long-term experiences together with market leading textile printers and ink manufactureres. 

As textiles are moving materials, the ZTT Textile Eagle is equipped with a professional unroll, transportation and uproll system to secure perfect stability during printing.

The system includes tension and stabilization control of the fabric feeding.

The ZTT TExtile Eagle is able to handle woven and knitted materials.

The integrated fabric dryer has 3 temperature settings.

The Open Bulk Ink Feeding System has each external bottle with 2.0 litres capacity.
